L-R: Dr. Sylvia Crago, PMG Children’s Service Line; Dr. Jason Mitchell Dr. Crago presented the Performance Excellence Award to Dr. Mitchell for his work in the implementation of the ambulatory electronic medical record in the PMG clinics.	L-R: John Johnson, Customer Service Center Director; Dr. David Arredondo; Dr. Darren Shafer, PMG Emergency Room Medical Director Dr Arredondo presented the Innovation Award for innovation and fulfillment of a high impact initiative to Mr. Johnson and Dr. Shafer. They accepted the award on behalf of the Emergency Department Patient Navigation Team for its work in creating a systematic process to direct patients to the most appropriate venue of care.

L-R: Dr, Jennifer Culver, Emergency Medicine;  Dr. Elaine Papafrangos,  PMG Family Practice Dr. Papafrangos presented the Philanthropy Award to Dr. Culver for her dedication to the mission of the Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation through annual donations, planned gifts and service to the community.
