If you are an employee and a PHP member, you can access Presbyterian via:

• E-mail (Outlook)
  • Type in your PresID and your password
  • Call the Help Desk at (505) 923-6825 if you have questions
• Pres Online
  • High Performance Plan (HPP)
  • Presnet
    • Competencies
    • Phone Directory
    • Policies
• MyPresOnline
  • View your health benefits, claims, and authorizations for the past 6 months
  • Change your Primary Care Provider
  • Order a new ID card
• HPP login
  • If using HPP from home, login to the High Performance Plan directly from your Pres Online Menu of Services. Do NOT first go to PresNet.
  • Pop-up blockers can cause errors in HPP. You may have a pop-up blocker running if you have installed Google or other toolbars. Try removing these tools if you are having problems accessing HPP. If you need help removing software from Presbyterian system computers, contact the Help Desk at (505) 923-6825.

Virtual Private Network (VPN)

VPN ClientDownload VPN software to access the internal network remotely.

1. Step one: For Win 9x-XP (Microsoft Installer)
   
   • CAA Client Software (Cisco, 1.5 MB) - Save this to your hard drive. Click the file to install the software.
   • VPN Client Software (Cisco, 10.5 MB) - Save this to your hard drive, then click on the file to install the software.
2. Step two: Request configuration file from IS Security (issecurity@phs.org) and we will email it to you with instructions.

Online Company Store Available on PresNet

Graphic Connection is Presbyterian's new uniform and logowear vendor. Their new online store is now available via PresNet at all Presbyterian locations. At this time, you cannot access the Online Company store from home or via Employee Home Access to PresNet. You can visit the Graphic Connection showroom at 4901-A Paseo del North.

Turn North on Jefferson from Paseo del Norte then take an immediate right (East) onto the Paseo del Norte Access Road (in front of the Texaco). Graphic Connection is about 1 block behind the Texaco towards I-25. Their phone number is 821-2777.
